Finally, a defining feature of a concierge practice is that payment is directly to the physician. There is an hourly fee for sessions in addition to a small annual fee, which allows us to block off unscheduled time for same-day and next-day appointment, should urgent needs arise. Sequoia Mind Health is not a member of any insurance panels, and does not accept insurance payments. That said, many insurance companies provide what are called “out-of-network benefits,” which allow you to be reimbursed directly for services rendered by us. If you have insurance, please contact your insurance company directly to see if these benefits are part of your plan.
